When is a domain actually mine?+
Only after payment succeeds and the relevant registry or registrar confirms registration. Search results and basket selection do not reserve a domain.
What happens if registration fails after payment?+
Your account shows the failure and available retry or support route. Websites Supermarket checks the provider response before confirming the appropriate payment outcome.
How much is the Websites Supermarket Business package?+
The current introductory package is £59.88 per year (£4.99 per month billed yearly), including an eligible domain while the membership remains active.
How do renewals work?+
The renewal date and price are shown in your account. Keep your contact and payment details current and act on renewal notices before the domain expires.
What does Websites Supermarket charge when my domain sells?+
For a completed marketplace sale, Websites Supermarket retains the confirmed 15% commission and the verified seller receives 85%, subject to the published terms.
Can I move an existing domain to Websites Supermarket?+
Yes. Start with our Transfer a Domain check or open My domains and use Domain transfers. A transfer may require an authorisation code or registry-specific approval.
