1. The service
Websites Supermarket provides domain search, assisted registration and management, business tools and related digital services. Availability is not guaranteed until registration is accepted by the relevant registry or registrar.
2. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate registrant, billing and contact information, keep account access secure, and use domains and services lawfully. You remain responsible for business content, intellectual-property rights and regulatory requirements.
3. Pricing and payment
The price, billing period, tax position and renewal information shown before payment form part of your order. A failed payment or registration does not transfer ownership of a domain. We show the order outcome and available retry or support route.
4. Registration and renewals
Registration is subject to registry rules, eligibility conditions and provider availability. You must act on renewal notices in time and maintain a valid payment method and accurate contact details.
5. Membership and included services
Included services remain available while the relevant membership is active and within the package limits shown when ordered. Managed, custom or third-party work may require a separate quotation.
6. Domain marketplace
Owners must prove control and approve public details. Offers are not completed sales until accepted and the protected payment and transfer steps finish. On a completed sale, Websites Supermarket retains the confirmed 15% commission and the seller receives 85%, subject to verification, refunds, disputes and any disclosed payment charges.
7. Cancellations, refunds and complaints
Cancellation rights can differ for immediately supplied or personalised digital services, including registered domains. We will explain the applicable position for the order. Contact support promptly about mistakes, failed registration, unauthorised activity or complaints.
8. Suspension
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, unlawful use, abuse, registry requirements or customer protection, with notice where reasonably possible.
9. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, neither party is responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Business customers remain responsible for backups, continuity and checking critical domain information.
10. Contact and changes
We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. Use the Websites Supermarket support form for service questions or complaints.
